Meeting of the IGKM Committee in Grodno

On 10-12 April, IGKM organized a meeting of the IGKM Movement and Electronic Systems Commission in Grodno, Belarus.

The main topic of the meeting was: “Systems supporting the process of transport implementation”. DPK System presented the CityLineDesigner and TransErp IT systems.

The meeting was attended by representatives of Belarusian public transport companies. Co-organizers of the meeting are the Scientific-Research Institute of Transport “Transtechnika” from Minsk and the European Center for Education “Centrus”.

The Commission’s framework agenda:

• the realities of functioning of public transport in Poland and in Belarus

• the most important elements of the transport process – achievements and challenges (working panel)

• the most effective systems supporting transport implementation processes – experience and expectations (working panel)

• passenger information, travel planners, vehicle positioning, real-time traffic management, ticket systems, control and debt collection, automata, task planning and settlement, timetables, research and modification of the transport offer (topics for meetings in thematic subgroups) • opportunities to participate in international EU infrastructure projects
