What is TSI

TSI – (Polish: Transportowe Systemy Informatyczne) Computer Systems for Transportation is a flagship product and our company showcase. It is a universal tool to support the operation and management of a large fleet of vehicles.

It can be used in all enterprises engaged in disposal of drivers, vehicle fleet management, has its own service stations and repair workshops.

Who is our target

TSI Software is dedicated to communication and transportation companies. TSI is a system of "turn-key "- we can modify it in accordance with individual needs of our customers.

OptiGraph®

DPK OptiGraph® is a unique program designer for completelly automatic creating long-term Schedule of ad dressing employees/drivers and vehicles to duties/transportation tasks, using Optimization Module with matematical engine and artificial intelligence. OptiGraph is the only program that allows to assess with details needs human resource and rolling stocks needs and adjust to them performance of task with equal minimizing costs in any period of time. Automatically created schedule obey to all law requirements in company with equal maximum imposition of transportation work.

Dispatcher

Dispatcher

Dispatcher program is a complete graphical, multi-stand dispatcher panel with automatic generation of waybills. Is is equipped in prompt module of optima disposals and various dispatcher tools, such as: operating on changes, failures, exploitation events, quick waybills edition. It is compatible with in-vehicle computer systems (GPS) and connection with vehicles systems (GPRS), vehicle dock station.
Driving Schedule/ Time Table

Driving Schedule/ Time Table

Driving Schedule is designed for creating and publication of time tables for passengers (bus-stop time-tables, on-line time tables on bus-stops and in internet) and company (crews/duties, routes tables, waybills). The program is equipped in tabular and graphical edition of routes and duties on figure and block diagrams. It contains automatic tools such as: routes correctness verification, connecting routes in a duty, conformity with the law rules, intelligent import of routes from Communication Board of Directors operational systems, etc.

Orders

Orders Module is designed for complete operating and management of transportation tasks – passenger and freight. Accepting of order is a process of particular activities: quotation request – calculation – offer – negotiations – agreement / order. The program allows to receive, plan, disposal, control and calculate each external order for transport all over country or overseas.

  • presenting on-line offer with valid vehicles and freight
  • remote agreement concerning single order
  • automatic orders issuing for permanent/fixed orders

Absences Module is designed for complex, equal operating of drivers absences in various workplaces in all company departments – human resources, planning, dispatching, financial. It allows to create reasonable plan of vacations with automatic grading company readiness for handling transportation tasks taking under consideration contracted orders and statistics of absences, with accordance to rules of absence limits.

Drivers

Drivers Program operates employees data base in vehicle driver section. It includes all data about drivers divided in thematic sections, much wider than in HR programs. Entered data allows to plan drivers working time in the most optimal way. The program automatically monitor and control expiry dates of drivers authorizations and required certifications.
Vehicle

Vehicle

Vehicle Program operates complete technical catalogues of vehicles, where all important technical and operating data about vehicles is gathered. Program includes complete data about vehicles divided into thematic sections.

Registration & Calculating Subsystem

TachoAnalyser

TachoAnalyser® is modern software which was made according to newest computer technology. It is designed for automatic reading and analyzing data about driver’s working time which is saved by tachograph on special tacho-discs or on chip card from digital tachograph. It allows to save data according to law rules, archive data, use entries from tachograph for verification of completing transportation taska, as well as allows to calculate drivers working time.
Waybills

Waybills

Waybills Program is designed for calculating and reporting transportation activity.

Especially it:
  • quick and detailed, multi-stand waybill verification according to routes, duties and transportation tasks. It enables complete, parametric verification of time, distance, used fuel and exploation materials.
  • Calculating drivers working time according to law and internal clinet requirements, ta king to consideration any predefined calculation time components.
  • Complete calculation of transportation activity: vehicle-kilometers / vehicle-hours / delays, not proceeded routes and fault routes.
  • Calculation of used fuel and exploration materials in any level (new Fuel 2 Module), as well as costs of vehicle utilization.

TSI Service and Diagnostic Module is a complex tool designed for management and supervising of service station. Universality of software structure enables servicing of any Service Station.

Stock/Sale

Stock/Sale Module is designed for edition and sale documents recording, goods and services recording, monitoring cooperation with contracting parties, creating price lists, collecting information about clients, segregation of information, creating reports.

TankManager

TankManager Module is designed for registration of fueling with automatic identification of vehicle and driver. The Module is compatible with most of automatic fueling systems which are available on the market.

RCP Portiere

RCP Portiere Program automatically register entries and departures in predefined point equally identifying vehicle and time of event using different registration systems.

Manager Sentinel

Manager Sentinel enables automatic monitoring of petrol station.
